London Competition for Traditional Tai Chi Chuan  –  12th June 2011

Participants of the TCUGB Judging Seminar Series running since 2005 are particularly invited as there will be opportunities to practise judging in a supervised setting.

Workshops
11am - 4pm on Saturday, 11 June 2011

  • Tai Chi Meditation, Gary Wragg, 2 hours
  • Health Qigong, Faye Li Yip, 2 hours

Each workshop is a 2 hour session with an
hour for lunch.

9.30am - 6pm on Sunday, 12 June 2011

Entry fees (before 18 May): 13 first event + 7 each additional event

Late Entry fees (before 1 June): 15 first event + 10 each additional event

Workshops (before 1 June): 28 (TCUGB / BHQA members), 35 non-members.

Workshops (on the day): 33 (TCUGB / BHQA members), 40 non-members.

Workshop fees cover the whole day. There is no per-session fee.

For buses to Hackney, take the 242 or 149 from Liverpool Street station or the 243 or 76 from Waterloo station and exit at Forest Road. Nearby overground stations are Dalston Junction and Haggerston. Also see the Journey Planner

There is free parking in Holly Street and neighbouring streets on the weekend. Please check the road signs.

You are welcome to bring cameras and camcorders, but please be aware that you also may be filmed. The arbitration committee will not view video footage.

Some locker space is available at the venue. Please ensure your possessions are safe at all times as we cannot take responsibility for them.

Entry fees are non-refundable. Deadline for entry Tuesday 1st June 2011.
